On Friday 27th November, STH Japan, the world's leader in sports hospitality launched the 'STH Open Golf' series at Haruna No Mori Country Club in Gunma Prefecture.
The first of its kind in Japan, guests were picked up and brought to the course, welcomed to a champagne and continental style breakfast, followed by an exclusive putting masterclass by four-time LPGA Champion, Chihiro Nakajima as well as Flightscope analysis at the range to get the players game sharp before taking on this Jack Nicklaus masterpiece.
Players enjoyed the course to themselves with a shotgun start and through play. Gourmet food and beverage service were provided throughout the day on the golf course. Featured holes such as the Taylormade long-drive hole, BMW close pin, and 'Jack's challenge' offered on-course entertainment and some wonderful prizes.
Once the players had finished up on the golf course, it was time for the post-round hospitality and prize ceremony to kick off. A delicious range of modern Japanese and international food concepts was offered, paired with specially selected wines, premium beers, and soft drinks.
