Please make sure to arrive by 8 am. There is a shuttle bus leaving from Utsunomiya station at 8:20 a.m. Please remember though that pre-registration for this shuttle bus is required! Don't worry as Ruth's team will be reaching out to everyone who has signed up to check on whether you need the shuttle, etc.
If driving, please allow about 2.5 hours if coming from Tokyo. Take the Tohoku highway to Kamikawachi interchange. The course is located about 2km from there and not hard to find.
