A very special course with spectacular views of Mt. Fuji. Although a mountain course, it has a gentle topography so it easy to get around. A woody and parkland setting, with lots of mature trees separating the fairways, ponds, and streams are also effectively placed, making it a highly strategic 18-hole course. A great design feature is that the layout allows you to see the landing point for each shot from the tee, making it easy to set up a strategic route. The play style is self-play, or with a caddie is also possible (which needs to be booked in advance). Every group has a cart that is on a remote control track, so it is possible to walk, the carts also have GPS navigation systems giving yardages and course layout info. The staff are warn and friendly and the clubhouse is well appointed. The restaurant offers Japanese favorites like ramen, tempura, Japanese curry, and marbled tofu.
