SURVEY RULES
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible to participate, Survey entrants must be 21 years old or older and have a valid mailing address to which prizes can be delivered. Employees of Golf-in-Japan.com and Outdoor Japan, and employees' immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Survey.
How to Enter:
To enter, you must complete the Golf-in-Japan.com 2007 Customer Survey. Limit of one entry per person. Submission of invalid or incorrect information, including e-mail addresses, shall make an entry void. Golf-in-Japan.com is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise deficient or unusable entries. "Click here" for complete rules of the drawing.
Selection and Notification of Winner;
Winners will be selected from eligible participants. Winners will be notified by email within 10 days after the closing of the survey on August 15, 2007. The winner's name will be published on Golf-in-Japan.com once the selection is made.
If the Winner fails to respond within 72 hours of notification, their winnings may be forfeited and another winner selected.
Prizes
One winner will be chosen to receive the prize for the Survey. There is no cash value. The prize is a pair of Ecco's top of the line leather & Gortex shoes with a retail value of over 50,000 yen . Prize will not be ordered until the winner is chosen. Please allow proper time for delivery of prize.
Entrant's Responsibilities.
By entering the Survey, each entrant agrees: that he has read, understands, and will comply with these Rules; Failure to comply with these Rules will result in disqualification. Each entrant represents and warrants that he is eligible to participate, the information being submitted is correct, and that the entry constitutes consent for Golf-in-Japan.com to use the entrant's name and possibly picture on a post contest listing on GIJ announcing the winner.
Use of Entry Information.
The entry information for the Survey will only be used by Golf-in-Japan.com to help us serve you better and improve the site. All information provided will be deemed confidential and privileged information and therefore not be seen or provided to any third parties.
