Having played all over Kanto, both Belle View and Gotemba are right up there; superb views are a given, but it's the really great value (no being stung for stupid prices here) and lack of pretensions, as well as the real treat of the excellent brewery / ten-pin bowling / go-karting nearby and cheap acommodation that elevates this to a classic boys' weekend away. Go book it, and stay in the Slowhouse Villas, you'll genuinely have great weekend.

Great weekend, thanks to Ben's perfect organisation and support. Course and Mt.Fuji view are truly unforgettable.

Superb. The finest views from a tee (the 10th) that I have played anywhere in the world: Mt Fuji, 270 degree panoroma sweeping thru Gotemba, Odawara, the coast. Some narrow fairways but also great attacking holes. Terrific value. Good weather - must-play.

Played with my wife and son and the course difficulty and length were ideal for all the family. Very enjoyable day in beautiful surroundings
